dc.description.abstract | In Norway inclusive education formally is in place. But formal rights may conceal a different reality. Students are hardly ever excluded from education, but quite a few risk exposure to exclusionary mechanisms within the common education. After briefly presenting the Norwegian context, threats to inclusion are discussed, particularly within special education. A case story introduces the account. | en_US |
