Foreldresamarbeid når barn opplever samlivsbrudd.

Abstract

Norsk: I dag er det mange barnehagebarn som opplever samlivsbrudd i hjemmet og det er stor sannsynlighet for at barnehageansatt møter barn som gjennomgår et samlivsbrudd. Min bacheloroppgave dreier seg om foreldresamarbeid i forbindelse med samlivsbrudd og derfor er min problemstilling: Hvilke erfaringer har personalet med foreldresamarbeid når barn opplever samlivsbrudd? Jeg har brukt kvalitativ tilnærming som metode. Jeg har intervjuet tre personal i barnehagen som har erfaring om foreldresamarbeid og som har opplevd ulike reaksjonsmønster hos barn som opplever samlivsbrudd. I utgangpunkt fra undersøkelsen så har jeg drøftet deres erfaringer opp mot faglitteraturen. Jeg kom frem til at det er store variasjoner hvordan foreldrene informere barnehagen om samlivsbruddet og at det kan gi konsekvenser for barnet om informasjon frafaller. Det var også variasjoner hvordan personalen møter foreldrene ved behov av ekstra samtaler.

English: Today there are many kids in kindergartens experience family breakups. Therefor it is likely that the personnel of kindergartens meet children going through family breakups. My bachelor´s thesis is about parental cooperation in connection with family breakups. Therefor my research question is: Which experiences to the personnel have with parental cooperation when a child experiences family breakups? I use a qualitative approach as method. I have interviewed three personnel from the kindergarten that have experience with parental cooperation and that also have experienced different reactions from the children that are going through the breakups. With the interviews as base, I discuss their experience in relation to the chosen literature. The contribution of the thesis is that there are large variations how the parents inform the kindergarten about the family breakups. If the information is not given, there are consequences for the child. There were also variations on how the personnel met the parents ‘need for extra conversations.
