Engelsk (abstract): The project focuses on the shared routines and relationships which need to be established between the local authority and the psychosis division of a psychiatric hospital in order to ensure an ideal rehabilitation process for patients with mental problems and related drug problems. The method used in the study is focusgroup interviews, as part of an co-operative inquery research. The participant works in the hospital and in the co-working municipalities, and was interviewed separately. For the analyses there was implied a qualitative content analyses. The results say the services for the patientgroup are poorly developed in the municipalities, and the co-ordinating responsibilities are unclear. To be able to succeed, the patient’s needs and participation must be in focus. To improve the improvement process and the interaction, a good dialogue and relationship is important. One needs to know each others roles and functions, and share competence and expectations. Early mapping and common goals can reduce submission-time in hospitals. Individual plans and interdisciplinary interaction must be emphasised and user- involvement needs strengthening. In the local community, there is a need for arenas for mastering and self-aid. A better interaction here may be the instrument for a better definition of the services needed. All administrative levels need the user-competence to pinpoint the needs.
