Weishaupt-gruppen har mer enn 3.000 ansatte over hele verden.
Sammendrag engelsk (abstract): The theme of this study is about appraisals This bachelor `thesis aims to make a research that performance appraisal in Weishaupt contributes to participation in the workplace. I have studied whether there is a correlation between the appraisal increases the participation on the workplace in Weishaupt, and if appraisal is useful and effective when it comes to participation on the workplace. Based on the performance appraisal`s definition as “well- prepares, systematic and personal development and planning conversation between manager and employee once a year or more often” and with a theoretical approach that is explained in the paper, have I formulated a research question -Helps co-worker appraisals in Weishaupt to increased participation in the workplace? The focus of the study is the employees` expectations and experiences in this area. I have collected data through a quantitative cross-sectional study, a total of 41 employees in Weishaupt in Switzerland. Where the employees answered a prestructured questionnaire. Weishaupt is amongst the world`s market leaders in burners, heating and condensing systems, solar technology, heat pumps and building management systems. My research found place in the head office of Weishaupt in Switzerland ,with a total of 98 employees. The collection had a response rate of 87, 8%. The results shows that 87.8% of the employers in Weishaup. Agrees that appraisals is one of the reasons to increased participation in their workplace. The result of the study had primarily shown that employees expectations of participation in their own work and that participation largely met through appraisals in Weishaupt. This study shows that performance reviews are both important and wanted, and this is supported by the theory and literature that already exist on the site, and the theme is theoretically interesting , especially for me since I one time in the future see myself in a leader position.
