English: This master degree examines the digital educational resources in the subject Norwegian, aimed to students in fifth degree of compulsory education. The analysis deals with digital teaching materials from publishers Aschehoug and Gyldendal . I have selected three text excerpt from the three digital educational resources; Zeppelin 5 digital språkbok , Zeppelin 5 teacher's blackboard resource and Salto 5A smartbok. Technology advances quickly and the Directorate of Education would like us to be open to all the new opportunities technology provides. The development has left its mark on the text design that has gone from being linguistic units to today appear as visual devices. The media development affects the text structure of school and the design of teaching aids that goes in the direction of reflecting media by referring to them in the same way as text collections. This thesis is a theoretical study of digital multimodal texts where the purpose is to analyze the multimodal interaction in digital educational resources where social semiotic multimodality theory is the theoretical foundation and analytical method. I have chosen to use social semiotics multimodality theory to focus on how multimodal texts are designed and how they work in relation to express academic texts. With this kind of knowledge we will be able to achieve effective communication. What characterizes educational resources in the subject Norwegian is that images and verbal text is relatively equal. The images are used to attract the reader's attention and indicate what the text is about, while the verbal text is used to communicate the theme and what the images attempt to tell the reader. In the multimodal interaction it is particularly the three cohesion mechanism; composition, information linking and dialogue that manifests itself as these indicate how the reader will acquire knowledge through the text and how the text is used. Learning Administration aesthetic design appeal to different senses of the reader by the student to; read the text, hear the text spoken and perform various actions in the text either to scroll around in the digital educational resources or perform different actions in the text.nb_NO
