|This master thesis in Environmental Psychology deals with green culture and climate in green organizations. The eight companies or smaller workplaces, which we have asked to participate, all do their business in a pro-environmental and sustainable manner - and communicate this approach to among others, their customers. This study presents eight focus group of employees in these companies in the form of group interviews, topics related to environmental values and actions is discussed and explained. The interviews were transcribed and analysed using a qualitative methodology, based on Grounded theory methods. The results are presented and discussed to convey a better understanding how to maintain pro-environmental values in organizations and enhance proenvironmental behaviour.
