Abstract

Tittel: En narrativ litteraturstudie i beslutningstaking ved politiets operasjonssentral.

Problemstilling: Hvordan påvirker beslutningsteorier og organisasjonsmessige faktorer, politioperatørens meldingsmottak ved politiets operasjonssentraler?

Hensikten med studien: Hensikten med studien er å belyse de komplekse faktorene som er med på å påvirke hvordan politioperatører ved en operasjonssentral i politiet tar beslutninger i et meldingsmottak. Metode: For å svare på studiens problemstilling er litteraturstudie med en narrativ tilnærming benyttet som metode. Litteraturstudien baseres på et vidt søk i eksisterende litteratur. Denne litteraturen er så blitt benyttet for å svare på problemstillingen og problemstilling.

Resultater: Studien peker på viktigheten av bevisstheten rundt de ulike beslutningsteoriene, og kombinasjonen rundt bruken av disse i meldingsmottaket ved operasjonssentralen.
