Du og jeg, og vi to! En oppgave om hvordan pedagogisk leder arbeider med barn som har sosiale vansker.

Abstract

Norsk: I denne oppgaven har jeg hatt fokus på sosial kompetanse, og hvordan pedagogisk leder arbeider med barn som har sosiale vansker. For å finne et best mulig svar på oppgaven har jeg brukt intervju som datainnsamlingsstrategi. Jeg har funnet teori som er relevant for temaet, og ser dette opp mot resultatene fra intervjuene i et eget drøftingskapittel. Denne oppgaven har temaer som vil hjelpe leseren til å få en større forståelse for barn som har sosiale vansker. Oppgaven viser at det er viktig å ha kompetanse om hva sosiale kompetanse innebærer, for å på en best mulig måte kunne møte barn med sosiale vansker. Oppgaven viser også at leken er en viktig arena for barn med sosiale vansker. Viktigheten av å ha gode pedagoger som støtter og ser barn med sosiale vansker er også synlig i denne oppgaven. I tillegg til dette er det viktig å understreke at dette ikke er noen fasit, men et innblikk i hvordan noen pedagoger arbeider.

English: In this bachelor thesis I have focused on social competence, and how the educational leader works with children who have social problems. To find the best answer to the thesis, I have used an interview as a data acquisition strategy. I have found theory that is relevant to the subject and looks at the results of the interviews in a separate discussion chapter. This task has topics that will help the reader to gain a better understanding of children who have social problems. The task shows that it is important to have competence in what social competence entails in order to best meet children with social difficulties. The task also shows that the play is an important arena for children with social difficulties. The importance of having good educators who supports and sees children with social difficulties is also visible in this task. In addition to this, it is important to emphasize that this is not a fitting, but an insight into how some educators work.
