Abstract
Hovedpoenget i denne oppgaven er at det er bedre å forebygge enn å reparere, derfor kan

det gi gode resultater å integrere forebygging av mobbing i det daglige arbeidet blant

elevene. Læreren bør opparbeide seg tillit i klassen og bygger relasjoner til elevene og

elevene seg imellom. Dette gjør læreren ved å vise at han/hun ser elevene, uansett væremåte

og personlighet. Det er fint å lære elever på tidlig skolealder verdier som medfølelse og

empati, samt arbeid med å respektere forskjeller.

Mobbing engasjerer elever. Det er grunn til å tro at hyppigheten av temaet ”mobbing” i

skolen kan være for lav, og at det burde vært prioritert mer plass i undervisningen.

Mobbing er et alvorlig tema som må forfølges videre.
 
English:

The main point of this work is that it is better to prevent than repair the

damages from bullying. Good results can be given if the preventing of bullying gets more

included in the daily work among the students.

To have trust in the teacher and a good relation to both him/her and the classmates is

important for the students. The teacher can contribute to this by showing that he/she sees the

students, no matter behaviour and personality. By learning student’s compassion and

sympathy as well as working towards respecting differences, you will contribute to prevent

bullying.

Bullying engages students. There is reason to believe that bullying is a topic that is not

present enough, and it should have a higher priority in the school.

Bullying is a serious subject that must be pursued further.
