Digitalisering av NAV – forvaltning sitt brukersystem. Har dette ført til økt Produktivitet og lærdom? «enklere hverdag»

Abstract

Denne undersøkelsen omhandler hvordan digitalisering av IKT kan ha påvirket til økt produktivitet og lærdom hos de NAV ansatte. Undersøkelsen er basert på intervju av NAV ansatte på et lokalt kontor. Undersøkelsen skal kunne bidra til å danne grunnlag for innblikk i hvordan digitaliseringen har påvirket instanser i den offentlige forvaltningen. I rapporten gjennomgås empirisk datamateriale fra undersøkelsen, som baserer seg på dybde- intervju av to NAV ansatte der jeg har forsøkt å kartlegge faktorer til produktivitet og læring. Teori kapittelet og analysen rundt undersøkelsen vil fremheve trekk og relasjoner jeg finner til sammenligning med relevant teori innenfor området. Noen av funnene kan belyses fra ulike teoretiske perspektiver, mens andre observasjoner kommer frem ved bruk av digitale innovasjonsmetoder som inntreffer meg under empirien.

Engelsk sammendrag (abstract): This study addresses how the digitization of ICT may have influenced the increased productivity and learning at the NAV employees. The survey is based on interviews with NAV staff at a local office. The study will help to form the basis for insight into how digitization affects the bodies of public administration. The report is reviewed empirical data from the survey, which is based on interviews of two NAV employees where I have attempted to identify factors of productivity and learning. The theory chapter and the analysis about the survey will highlight the features and relationships I find in the comparison with the relevant theory in the area. Some of the findings can be examined from various theoretical perspectives, while other observations come forward with the use of digital innovation methods that occur under my empirical data.
