Abstract
Norsk:

The research question in this thesis reads; What are teachers views on development of pupils' writing skills during the writing process? The main area of focus is the response, from teacher on pre-writing, writing and post-writing, or process orientated writing. This thesis is anchored in relevant theory and empirical evidence. The FFF-triangle and “Skrivehjulet” is used as models of how to write based on which purpose you are writing for, what genre you should use, and which focus. Qualitative method is used to gather data, and analyzed phenomenological. Six Norwegian language teachers were interviewed. The interview was distributed by e-mail; the respondents wrote down the answers and sent them back. The most interesting findings from this thesis is the focus teachers had on the purpose of the writing and how they selected their feedback to their pupils among other things. Purpose of the writing and selective feedback has been key findings in recent research in Norway.
