Tilvenning for de yngste barna i barnehagen.

Abstract

Norsk: De yngste barnas tilvenning i barnehage er et lite belyst tema innen pensum for barnehagelærere. Denne oppgaven tar for seg viktigheten i et trygt førstemøte med barnehagen og deres ansatte, både for barn og foreldre. Per i dag er tilvenningsfasen i de fleste barnehager avsatt til tre dager. Dette er kort tid for å legge grunnlaget til trygghet og nær tilknytning. Ved å bruke teori, intervjuer og egen erfaring vil denne oppgaven se nærmere på hva ansatte i barnehage bør ha fokus på for at både barn og voksne skal få en god oppstart.

English: There are little information about the adaptation of the youngest children in day-care accessible in the curriculum for day-care teachers. This bachelor thesis will enlighten the importance of a positive first meeting between day-care, children and parents. Most day-care units will use three days where the children and the parents visit and get to know the day-care. This is a short period of time to build a safe environment where the children can feel a close attachment to the staff. With the use of interviews, own experience and theory, this theses will take a closer look to what the staff at the day-care units should focus on to ensure a good start up for both children and parents.
