Bacheloroppgave i barnehagelærerutdanning, Høgskolen i Innlandet, 2018.nb_NO
English: In this bachelor assignment, I address the topic of small children`s affiliation in large and small children`s groups. The problem is; does the size of the children's group affect the quality of the affiliation? In order to answer this I have chosen to do a document analysis based on the kindergarten framework plan, as well as three articles dealing with the topic of large and small children's groups, and the smallest children. Based on the framework plan, the three selected articles and attachment theory, I have found that it is not necessarily the size of the kindergarten that determines whether the smallest children meet their needs, but the size of the children's group and the organization within the kindergarten. My main focus in the attachment theory has been the adult as a "safe base" and "circle of security". The smallest children need predictability, present adults and security to cope with the challenges that face them in everyday life.nb_NO
